MY CAMS OPINION-1

Hello friends..
Thanks for all your views and opinions regarding the posts on my blog for the railways. I effort to provide you the latest technical development and projects currently going on the railways along with its old history. 
Now, this section of the blog named 'my cams opinion' consists of my views and opinions regarding the railway working system. It consists of my observation along with my views and suggestion on some aspects of railway system. Please give your valuable suggestions and forgive the mistakes if any. The posts doesn't violate the railway rules but a better working suggestion.

As I am waiting for my train at MORADABAD junction, a train arrives named JANSADHARAN EXPRESS having all the general LHB coaches. This train doesn't require any reservation and all just need is a general ticket. As I recently post between LHB and ICF coaches (if not, view at post no. 8)  and put all the demerits and difference of LHB coaches.

Suddenly, a thought came in my mind why Indian Railways are using the LHB rakes in a train which has no meaning. I mean there's no need of putting the LHB coaches in this train having no reservation and only general coaches. The same thing can also be worked with ICF coaches. As we have seen that the LHB coaches are very expensive and Indian Railways can't afford to manufacture them due to which they are manufacturing the HYBRID LHB coaches in order to reduce their cost. So, why they are replacing the ICF coaches with LHB rakes in these trains. Its amazing that they are replacing it for common people but its not needed actually.

We can see that over 75% of superfast and mail trains are still running with ICF coaches. These long-distance trains mostly requires the LHB coaches. But, still they are running with old coaches due to which passengers causes lot of comfort problem in their journey.
A case also arrived where the passengers of 3-tier AC in MALWA express started shouting at Allahabad Railway Station and didn't allow the train to go further because the AC in the coach was not working properly and the passengers were suffocating inside. One of the passengers also snatch the collar of a chief section engineer and started quarrelling. It was not the fault of any person but the old coaches which is now retard from its work.

Thus, this high-tech LHB coaches are very important for these trains. There were projects going on to covert these ICF coaches to LHB coaches but we don't know when it will be completed.
Thus, according to me, instead of running these trains with LHB coaches Railways should focus more to convert these ICF coaches into LHB coaches as soon as possible.
